I can’t identify your Thomas set there, though I think it probably is a Brave toy. Following the link, I can see three more [hilarious] toys that I do recognise:
The one on the far right, bottom, is Classics/Henkei Octane. The one above him is Mahou Tetsujin Travellion, from Bandai’s Magiranger, and the big dude in the middle is Gradion from Takara’s Web Diver series.

Here’s a funny story for you: I bought a knock-off Doubledealer from China. Now, the toy itself was actually of surprising quality, it even had sprung ratchet joints like the original, and the Powermaster function almost worked. What got me was this mysterious disc in the packaging. At first, I thought it was just a cardboard logo, inserted into the bubble as they are. But upon further inspection, it turned out to be a CD! I put it in my DVD player, not expecting anything, but was pleasantly surprised when an episode of Transformers Armada started, in English, with Chinese subtitles. Bizarre!
